Where do I find my license key?
Your license key was sent to your email when Econet activated your portal. It usually looks like PROD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Check your inbox or contact your portal administrator.
How quickly does my portal get renewed?
Your license is extended immediately once PayU confirms the payment. Your portal checks in with the licensing server every 12 hours and will reflect the new expiry automatically within that window.
What payment methods are accepted?
Via PayU: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit/credit cards, net banking from 50+ banks, and EMI options.
What if my payment fails?
No money is deducted on failed transactions. Your license expiry is not changed. You can try again anytime — enter your license key and proceed from the start.
Do I get a discount for longer plans?
Yes! 6 months: 10% off · 1 year: 15% off · 2 years: 20% off · 3 years: 25% off. Discounts are applied automatically when you select the duration.
